I had been in constant neck pain for about 3 months. Within 3 days, the pain was gone. It actually hurt worse the first time I used it but pushed through it and by the next morning was about 50% better. Used it again the next night and so on until it was completely gone.

I just received this item and used it twice. I already have noticed a significant difference. I have horrible arthritis in my neck and trying to improve my posture along with it. This device is able to help me stretch my neck out and help aid the pain and it is definitely cheaper than going to the chiropractor all the time!
